With over 20 years of experience across music, audio-visual production, electronics, education, and the creative industry, we bring together a unique blend of technical knowledge and real-world musical insight.
Throughout our careers—as musicians, educators, technicians, and creators—we constantly encountered limitations in the instruments available to players. These experiences led us to invent two innovations: AHX Baritone instruments and the FretCircuit™ assistive technology platform.
One challenge we observed repeatedly was the lack of truly versatile baritone guitars and basses. While baritone instruments offer deeper tonal range, many existing designs are limited in flexibility across genres and playing styles. Players often have to compromise between tone, tuning range, and usability.
At the same time, another major gap in the industry became clear: the absence of meaningful assistive technology in guitars. While modern electronics and sensors have transformed many fields, guitars have remained largely unchanged, with very few solutions that genuinely help players overcome challenges such as low visibility on stage, physical limitations, or learning barriers.
These two realities inspired our work.
AHX Baritone instruments were created to deliver a versatile tonal palette capable of covering a wide range of musical genres in a single instrument.
FretCircuit™, our patent-pending technology, introduces a modular assistive ecosystem built directly into the guitar neck—without disrupting the traditional wooden design musicians love.

Our team
Our team is led by Hisham, a multidisciplinary creator with over 20 years of experience across music, electronics, audio-visual production, and the creative industry. He is a master luthier, experienced not only in building and repairing guitars, but also violins and other stringed instruments, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technical knowledge.
Alongside instrument making, he has extensive experience in electronics integration, music education, and marketing, giving him a rare perspective that bridges musicianship, technology, and real-world market needs.
This combination of skills led to the invention of AHX Baritone instruments and the FretCircuit™ platform, designed to bring meaningful innovation to musical instruments while preserving the traditional designs musicians love.
